Privacy Policy

ATBC has a very strict privacy act policy.  Absolutely no transcript of a student's grades will be released to anyone without a written and notarized statement from the student. The request by the student must include student enrollment number, social security number, current telephone number, date of enrollment, date of last attendance, the present address of the student, and the name and address of the person or organization to whom this information is to be sent.  Request must be accompanied by payment of the transcript fee listed in our fee based schedule.  Absolutely no personal information will be released to anyone.
