  PART II:
  1. Christian Life Experience: you may apply for a Doctrorate Degree for yourself or some one else.  Each candidate must meet the following criteria:
  a.) Must be over the age of 40  (send proof with copy of birth certificate, driver's license, or other proof).
  b.) You must have been an Apostolic Oneness Minister for at least 20 years?
  c.) You must have been a Pastor for at least 10 years of the past 20?
  d.) You must currently be in the Ministry?
  e.) You must obtain testimony from at least three Pastors who will recommend you for the doctorate degree?
  f.) You must be willing to be interviewed on the telephone by Dr. Reckart?
  g.) You must pay $50 for the processing of your application and $1,250.00 three weeks before issue of your degree.
  h.) You must pay airfare, hotel, and transportation of Dr. Reckart to the venue of presentation.
